Please note that all sales are final. In the event that you need to make a return or exchange, customers are eligible for a store credit within 2 weeks of receiving your order. **All SPECIAL ORDER/PERSONALIZED (this includes ALL rings, anything in custom size options, and all items with initials) items are final sale and will not be refunded once an order has been placed. **

Repairs

We guarantee our pieces for 30 days from date of purchase against defects. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. If you need a repair after 30 days, we are happy to repair your piece for an additional charge plus shipping & handling.
