Initiated in the historic Khan el-Khalili district of Cairo, the family’s devotion to fine jewelry began when Mostafa Mohamed Mansur first brought his son, Mohamed, to the jeweler’s bench, establishing a craft that would span three generations.

Born from the union of Mohamed and Magda Mansur, Magdor opened its doors in Montréal in 1998. By merging Magda's name with 'or'—the French word for gold—Mohamed created a permanent monument to their shared life and an uncompromising devotion to personal client care.
